Hi,

I'm hoping somebody can help.. After having a new camshaft a few days ago, I've unfortunately discovered more things going wrong with the car! It's a 52 plate GT TDi Golf (150bhp, ARL). I've started to notice a clunk.. Firstly it was just a clunk when reversing or pulling forward slowly, but over the last couple of days it's got considerably worse and has started doing it over bumps, changing gears in low gears etc (can't hear in in higher gears but may just be due to road noise etc.). Today it started making a rotational noise too, not sure if related to the other noise, but it's getting worse and worse. I've put the details below of both noises narrowed down! Any more opinions would be appreciated!

- There's no noises when the car is stationary and I turn the wheel, put the clutch down or move the gears around.
- There's a clunk when I pull away or go over bumps, or turn slowly such as manouvering into a parking space on full lock, and also when changing gear in low gears
- There's another (not sure if related) rotational noise that ONLY happens when the steering wheel is held central. The noise stops as I turn but is in time with the wheels (speeds up when I go faster)
- This noise stops if I put my foot on the clutch
- It also stops when I have my foot on the accelerator
- It stops when I brake

Any ideas?!

Thanks!
