I've put this in the regional section, but no replies, so as its a bodywork question I thought I'd post it on here too.

My wife has a 2008 Citroen C5 Tourer, which looked lovely until she scraped the side down the central reservation, luckily in some roadworks....

Anyway, it needs paint on both doors, corners of bumpers, and minimal amount of bodywork, (dent in wheel arch) no parts to replace other than a bit of exterior door trim.

We've been quoted about a grand (plus VAT) from a recommended place, who have an excellent reputation, but wouldn't mind getting a couple of other reliable quotes, to see if they are in the ballpark.

I have no idea if that quote is expensive, cheap or about right.

We're in South Beds/Herts area, so Milton Keynes, Luton etc if anyone has any ideas.

Thank you.

when you say dent in qtr im presuming they're painting the full side and two bumper corners?
If this is the case I would say its a pretty reasonable quote, Id be in the region of 6-800 to paint the full side of a car that size and im a small independent.
