I ended up choosing agate grey after seeing a demo.

I managed to obtain almost 9% off the vehicle.

Exciting! I think we ordered at similar times. Got told mine was delayed a month because I fiddled with the spec too much (!), but the same helpful OPC managed to speak to the factory and get it changed back. Due to be built March 30, hoping to pick it up from Germany a couple of weeks after that.

Looking forward to photos/first impressions of yours when it comes!

Note quite yet. The car is due to arrive circa 30th March at the OPC so if I'm lucky I'll get it 5th April!

Just to put this to bed once and for all, nothing is standard on Porsches, apart from the key. You buy the basic car, you get a key. Wheels are extra; doors are extra; roof is extra. Even the keys aren't completely standard, as you have to pay extra for keys that actually fit your car.

Ok, sarcasm off now.

Coincidentally, I also have one due this month. I wonder whether mine will come first. Or maybe it's the same one ...

I wonder who will get it. It ought to be me (as I didnt get any discount), but you'll probably talk them into it being you ;p

Advised today that my vehicle has arrived at Sheerness, so getting rather excited now!!

Reg number also allocated so may even collect at the weekend if the OPC can PDI it quickly enough!!

So how long after build date did it take to get to these shores? Have just cancelled factory collection as my and Zuffenhausen's availability dates were incompatible (!) so it's now being delivered here. My build completes on Monday.

And a second vote for pictures of people's new GTSs please!
