Good dent repair/bodywork near Cardiff?

Just received a text informing me that my wife reversed the car into a lamp-post and it's 'quite bad'. After speaking to her it sounds like it's just a dent in the bumper with no damage to lights or anything like that.

It's a Merc CLS Shooting Brake so worth doing properly. Can anyone suggest a good place from experience? Keen to get a wheel refurb as well while it's in.

Yes, sorted the wing on my old 1 series and did a very tidy job.

Can I be cheeky and ask how much that cost? Got a very similar dent in the bumper of my BMW.

The dent actually popped out of its own accord so cost nothing to fix

I am not at home to check the receipt right now for specifics, but paint on rear bumper and rear quarter, 4 19" wheels refurbed (very bad/deep curbing fixed and wheels painted), a new rear light and a few minor bits and bobs came in under a grand including VAT. I thought it was fair value and they really did a great job car is like new.

Bear in mind the Merc rear light was a big chunk of that cost. Gotta love Mercedes dealer prices haha!
