WRX Wagon sale value

Hi chaps. I need a rough value of my Wagon. With prices varying I'm not sure what to pitch it at. It's a 2003 WRX. Some key info: 149000 miles | 5 owners | Viezu engine re map 280.3 bhp as verified by Surrey Rolling Road test | De cat exhaust centre section | Non genuine Sti front bumper winglets and fog lamp covers| Green in colour.

Looking to sell so any price advice would be gratefully received. Thanks.

I'm about to sell mine soon and will be listing it at £2800, it's a 2004 blob eye Wagon with 120k on the clock with FSH.
I imagine I will be knocked down a bit but I priced it up on Autotrader.
Mine is totally standard apart from the PPP fitted by Subaru.
I guess mine will sell at 2.5k or around that figure.
