Hi all,

A couple of questions for you,

Just recently had to change the pump in my washer bottle.
When gaining access I noticed this uncapped loom;

Does anyone know what it is for?

In addition, I have recently fitted new wiper arms and blades.
I'm trying to figure out the correct routing for the washer hose on the L/H arm, whatever way I've positioned it, whenever the wipers are used, it kinks then fails/splits.
Can anyone provide me with a piccie of what the routing should be.

Looking forward to all the experienced and expert replies on here, thanks in advance for any help provided.

John

Don't know about the connector but on the washers have you changed to one of he neater jet systems rather than the old Citroen loops ?. I did and they come with silicone hoses which run down through the scuttle grommets and onto the T-pieces in the engine bay. If you route them through the wiper arm springs they follow the sweep with virtually no twisting and they're hidden from view. As they're also silicone they should never go brittle. They also look a damn sight better, particularly with Aero blades. Cleaning isn't wonderful but better than before. I'll post a pic at the weekend.

Sorry it took a while, haven't had the cover off with the cr&&py weather. This is how my washers now look:

Thanks for that, I still have the loops. Where do you get the jet system from?
I've had a look at some others, and going to try a different routing.

These are the ones I went for:

I think there are other variations on the same theme from other suppliers.
