One of my all-time favourite modern Bentleys goes to auction tomorrow. I shall be very envious of whoever becomes the new owner of this unique and very stylish motor car.

Looks like it made £250K - reading the text on that page, it was sold by Frank Dale for £225K in the 80's! Is £250k today a bargain?

How do you put a price on something so rare - one of only a handful of coachbuilt Bentleys from the monocoque era outside Brunei.

Not for me, looks like it's quite tatty under the bonnet so God knows what other surprises that overpolished bodywork is hiding. Shades of Opel GT from the rear.
