SAAB 9-3 Sluggish when warm

Any ideas why, and only after a run in, my SAAB 9-3 turbo is very sluggish in 1st gear? It's ok at a cold start.
Any thoughts welcome.

turbo variant so all kinds of possibilities !!

could be knock limiting secondary to heat soak? try a higher octane fuel and see if it improves

also check hoses for splits and loss of boost pressure, APC unit, DI breaking down etc
do you have open SID? - if so check TAir when the fault presents itself
