Garage/lockup/barn wanted in Lincoln

Myself and a couple of car mad mates are after a lock up, unit, or 4 car garage space in Lincoln, for me to garage my TVR and them to work on a landrover and a camper van restoration.

We've looked at units, but most want to charge business rates on top of the rent which is taking it out of our cost range of roughly £400 to £500 per month.

Does anyone know anyone with some space to rent please?
