Just for information, if anyone experiences and problems while at an event at Spa I found the Porsche Garage in Francorchamps extremely helpful, dropped in there with a broken exhaust on Saturday morning they dropped what they were doing and had it sorted for me 2 hours later all at a rate of 55 Euro's an hour labour.

They then said that although they were not open on Sundays the owners live next door, if any of out group had another problem just ring the bell they would open up the garage and help out.

Truely great service.

Mod's, I hope it is OK to post this I am not associated with the garage in anyway I was just blown away by how helpful they were.

Excellent, thanks. A group of us with several beetles there in April. Getting excited now, but good to know support is close by if required. bounce

Excellent shout. I am there on Tuesday and have always lamented the fact that Spa does not any local support network...specially as there is so much around Silvertone, Ring, etc.

Do you have the garage name for reference?

Thanks.

Yep, that is them, right by the roundabout on the road to the La Source hotel.

Ah yes, I remember now.
Last time I was there, there was a new outfit right next to the hotel...with a GT3 or two in the display. I had assumed a used car outfit.

They are officially an 'atelier' so they buy and sell cars and also source cars for their clients. But their main business is servicing from what I gather. Laurent is the boss and runs it with his wife. Very helpful and pleasant.

Hi Gruffalo. Thanks for your topic. I had a mechanical failure on an exhaust bracket on my Nissan yesterday at Spa. I used your topic to consider LLM Mecasport and they took my car in and cracked on. It was €60p/h for just over an hours work. They were excellent and didn't make me feel stupid with the price/quality difference between my car and their day to say stuff.
