E60 M5 Lights Upgrade New M5 Owner

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if its possible to upgrade to face lift lights or not. Also what are the pros and cons in upgrading. Also any suggestions on where to buy them from.
Ive got and 07 plate M5 apparently it was the batch that missed the facelift. Please see picture so you know what I mean. Any advice would be great thanks

Yes its possible, you just need a modified harness and some basic coding.The harness can easily be modified at home if you're handy with the soldering iron, or alternatively, E bay has them.
Its a great mod, very subtle, but freshens up the rear end so much

Thanks for that info I've bought some from eBay apparently they are plug n play and don't require being coded etc..
