Need to clear up a bit of confusion here, as i just can't think why this would happen.
Had tyres changed tonight for a new full set. Same model as the old ones ( too T1-R's ) had the set about 2 years and done around 16k
O/S F + R had good amount of tread left on them, NSF was down to the markers and Rear had a chunk out of the protector part of the tyre and would no doubt be an MOT Fail and generally wouldn't think was road worthy. Got the two good tyres home tonight and looked at them finding this on the OSF Tyre...

Front tyre

90Deg rotation

180deg Rotated

RH side of tyre, even tread wear.

LH side of tyre. Noted its not even tapering off, its almost shouldered.

180Deg of the inside is fine, the other 180Deg is massively worn down.

If the tracking was out it would all be worn, the only things i could think off would have been a flat spot on the wheel or wheel out of balance, but in two years i would have most definitely noticed, even with some steering wobble or vibration or something. Tyre pressures are regularly checked.

Anyone got a better answer/idea?

Combination of toe wear and tyre non uniformity.

Were there a lot of balance weight on that wheel before the tyre was changed, more than the others?

It could be a slight buckle in the wheel causing it.
