Nice! What is the bonnet like at >100mph? Mine gets pretty lively around 70ish...

Did you drive it to Spa, race it then drive it back?

Yep, drove down on the Friday, thrashed it Saturday and Sunday and drove home on the Monday.

Yes the bonnet flaps about a bit but just ignore it, all will be fine.

Best videos yet. Could do with a bit more tyre noise and steering wheel action viewing, perhaps! Excellent overall. What camera and software? I like the tarmac view, gives a good sense of speed.

Great videos, brings back lots of memories of Spa, what tyres were you on as I had heat problems in two differing sets of tyres both times. Have been told its a cerb issue with tracks like Spa but there must be some tyres out there to suit a cerb on Spa

Not me mine is red, that was PNGCerbera.

I took him out in mine on one of these videos, he is the chap with a slight South African accent saying that the brakes and awesome or some such statement as I brake for Eau Source, he is also chuckling as we head along the Kemmel straight.

What was really interesting on a few laps that I didn't film was that a Porsche Carrera GT that was there was no faster than the Cerb, even in a straight line, I spend a while following it round and we were neck and neck.

The 4.7 AJP is a mighty lump!!

Really glad the weather worked out for you, despite the atrocious forecast. I hope I'm as lucky next week for DN11, doesn't look good though...

Excellent videos Martin thumbup

I think Han enjoyed his laps with you, although he mentioned something about needing travel sickness pills afterwards hehe

Having heard your car on track I think you should get an external mic and mount it near the exhausts. Doesn't need to be expensive and they make a massive difference wink

See you soon hopefully,
L'rs

I have had to fit a quiet exhaust now Ian, got fed up with wearing it out at noise testing for trackdays!

The quiet one actually releases an extra 5 or so BHP but does lack some of the drama.

I can confirm (from the passenger seat of your Cerb) that you were faster than the Porsche ;-) Your car IS really amazing, the power, the brakes, the noise. Thanks for dragging me around Spa, sick ;-)

I love 'fking hell' from the passenger when you approach one of the corners at warp speed. That is a quick car and you certainly know how to drive it!

Just done a track day today at Cadwell Park, which can't be far from DN11.....it started with a snow shower, followed by driving persistent rain. We had a good afternoon, all except the two barrier-bound Lotuses.
