Anyone ordered from FC-MOTO.de recently?
Discussion
Just want a bit of piece of mind really. Ordered Tuesday morning, product says in stock. Had 1 email saying order is 'in progress' on Tuesday. Since then have been checking back on the order on the site and nothing has changed at all since tuesday. I emailed them twice quoting order number, asking for progress, then today rang a couple of times. The phone never gets picked up and as of yet no one has answered my emails.
Pretty sure it's fine, they're not a fly by night company as far as I can tell, but not ordered from germany and was expecting them to be the very essence of efficiency, guess not.
Anyone any thoughts, or should I stop moaning with my first world problem.

Yes, was going to post about them.
Ordered the AGV Rossi Elements lid last Tuesday, on Friday a helmet arrived but it was the wrong one, Dreamtime.
Emailed them straight away, got a reaponse on Monday asking for photo's and they might send a returns label. Sent photos straight away, emailed again yesterday as no response, then called today and spoke with someone who said they would email back tomorrow.
Not great so far. 1st time ordering.

got something out of the sale a couple of weeks back, in the past ex stock has been as fast as 3 days, but this time was more like 5 days before despatch, then another 3 days
generally have been fine in the past though and depending on exchange rate/sale price some good savings i.e. have saved £100+ on Daytona boots over the UK price

Ordered a jacket 8 days ago and had been periodically checking the order status; remained at "in process". I emailed to ask them what was going on, but had no response. I have a friend from Berlin so I asked him to call on my behalf. The guy he spoke to said he was "about to reply" to my email, and explained the the jacket had gone out of stock, due in 2nd April. He also said he will ensure the jacket gets sent out as soon as they receive it.
Coincidentally I got an auto generated email from them this morning confirming the order has been delayed. I guess once it goes passed 7 days the email gets generated.
To be honest, I don't mind waiting for it a bit longer. I saved approx £270 off the UK price.

I ordered a Dainese jacket and some leather trousers to zip to my Dainese jacket from them and they took ages to arrive. I ended up calling their UK number and the (Spanish?) staff were friendly and tracked my order.
It all arrived just fine. They seem to take a little longer but the prices I paid were a steal so it was fine by me.
It will turn up. Mine did.

I've just bought Alpinestars 2 piece leathers from them.
Took 2-3 weeks. No communication after order (I chased once) until an email with a UPS tracking number.
They turned up fine and substantially cheaper than any UK equivalent I could find.
I wasn't too worried to be honest as I'd done some research and it appears their delivery process may be a bit random, but it always turns up in the end.
HTH

Bought my Alpinestars 1-piece from them last year, got as tracking number quite quickly and used that to follow the order. Think it took about 2 weeks, but I saved £150 off UK RRP all in, so well worth it!
Im looking for some leathers, my Alpinestars have 2 sizes in them if I remember correctly a UK and a US. Anyway the site only lists one size, which one is it ? I presume its the US number as the sizes only start at 48. Any ideas chaps ?

I thought it was EU sizes. I'll check my suit later for you, it's wrapped up at the moment.Any ideas chaps ?
I've used them a few times, most recently for Kriega luggage - lots cheaper than the UK. Five days seems the norm.
I also use BS-Motoparts who are very fast.
I always use German suppliers when possible, the UK market seems to be set up as a leisure-sector cash cow and vastly overpriced.
