My 2013 RS4 developed a distinct bumpy/shaky ride two weeks ago. When it "went" I actually pulled over thinking I had a flat. It's done 26000 miles and this happened at the end of a long drive it just went from smooth to bounce/ shake mode!. Audi have had the vehicle for 4 days and claim they can't find anything wrong, although their technician does agree the ride is very shaky. I drive it 99.9% in dynamic suspension mode and all they can say is it's better in comfort!.
They swapped rims and tyres with a new car and no change, which to me rules them out. They now say they can't do anything till they can run a back to back test with an RS4 with the same suspension spec & they can't lovate one in their group. They have had Audi technical support involved and they say they can't take it further till they do this back to back test.
The car went from my price and joy to in my view un drive able!. Even my young kids are asking why the car is so bouncy!.
