FYI folks, after a couple of emails, Evo are running an M400 (and other variants) buyers guide next month. I've written the "I bought one" article. After what happened to NSX and Sagaris prices directly after their guides appeared you can guess my motivation for this. I offered my car for the pics but they don't do that any more preferring to use library images. Let's hope they are good ones. I gave them Bespoke/ Skips details for specialist info and they were duly contacted last week...

My initial emails were to their generic editorial address (eds@evo.co.uk) but since the article was approved I've been corresponding with Peter Tomalin. I've PMed you his details. What do you have in mind...? smile

Interesting that EVO are doing some bits on Nobles, that should be good news for owners and values.

I bumped into Dickie Meaden up on the north york moors, road testing the Zenos E10S (which i have been thinking about buying and had a few drives in the E10 prototype and E10S - great handling, pretty cool looks but i'm not convinced i could swap the Noble for one). Anyway, Dickie was good to chat to and complimentary about Nobles, indeed mentioned the M12 in the article about the Zenos. I personally have a lot of time for what people like Chris Harris and Dickie Meaden say about cars and since they seem to be pretty positive about Nobles, it makes me feel that the M12 (whether a 2.5, 3, 3R etc) is very under valued/priced.

I'd like to see EVO do a group test of new and second hand 'drivers' cars between say 15-30k (or maybe a couple of price brackets) and see what came out as the best value for money in terms of performance vs money etc. I think that would be really useful for people out there looking at buying a second/fun car and reckon that would be a pretty interesting debate/article even though deciding on the featured/shortlisted cars would be a hard task !

Received my copy of issue 209 today with the buyers guide inside. Good exposure for the cars and with some accurate advice. Pictures could have been larger and better (should have used my car as I offered them) but overall a decent piece covering all m12 models.

Just popped out to buy it. Only comment I have is in the overview.

"The GTO3R makeover included covered headlights, a reshaped snout and new wheels"

What's the re shaped snout?

Good bit of info though.
