Flooring throttle from 1.5k revs theres a gradual steady increase in power until around 2k where there a slight kick and then as it hits 2.5-3k it has a massive boost and really takes off round to the red line.
Does this sound normal for a 1.9tdi 130 Golf ?

1.9s feel a little flat very low down; boost hard at about 2,250 and tail off notably from about 3500.

A lot ended up mapped and how this feels is entirely down to the tuner. A lot of cheapo 'bloke with a laptop' maps and the plugin boxes give you quite spiky, smoky delivery.

sounds mapped to me

i had a pd130 in a skoda and it did it's best work between 1800 and 2500 rpm. There was little point revving beyond 3500. Even if your ears could take it the torque dropped way off.
