Employment and immigration lawyer?

Have a business idea/product I wish to add to my company's product line-up.
In broad terms it involves immigration and employment (though the idea is actually about financial training, it may be classed as temporary employment) as it is geared at foreign nationals. I need a consultation from someone who knows their immigration and employment matters to make sure I am on the right side of the law with this before I market it.
Out of the three law firms I have tried so far, two were unable to answer at all, one has given a positive, but not a very convincing response. There is definitely a potential to do it the wrong way and break the law, I need someone to formulate the correct way with clearly outlined limits that should never be broken.
It's not as dodgy as it sounds, but being an FCA authorised person, I don't want to take any risks.
