Has Lewis broken Nico?

I read somewhere that his wife is experiencing horrendous morning sickness, that must be playing on his mind a bit too.
Did i read Lewis split up with his girlfriend just before Australia... that must have played on his mind abit..Did i read Lewis still hasnt signed the contract with Mercedes yet when he put it on hold last year as they said it was a distraction...must be playing on his mind abit..
Did i read Lewis couldnt finish his Sodoku puzzle before Malaysia... must be playing on his mind a bit too..

I said on another thread but the 'no coaching' over the radio has killed him.
I think he takes instruction very well and when told exactly what to do he's as fast as Lewis.
Now he can't be told he's back to that 2/3 tenths a lap slower.

Since the coaching ban Nico just cannot put it together.

According to Bild newspaper, she is struggling with hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a rare and extreme form of morning sickness among pregnant women.
Snip But the Kolner Express tabloid says Vivian is in fact quite ill. "Some days she vomits a dozen times," it revealed. "Rosberg even had to take her to hospital at one point."
I'm not trying to excuse Rosberg but you'd understand if his mind wasn't completely on the race on Sunday.Snip But the Kolner Express tabloid says Vivian is in fact quite ill. "Some days she vomits a dozen times," it revealed. "Rosberg even had to take her to hospital at one point."
Wasn't Hamilton's 2012 season affected by his on/off with his girlfriend?

It'll be very interesting to see what happens if one has to let another by in order to catch Vettel at some point. Like last weekend only if Lewis and Nico were on the same strategy, I wonder would Nico have let him by if ordered to.
FFS Nico let Vettel by........... Even after asking in the first third of the race what happens if Vettel got past, did he beat him. No "well I'll catch him and pass him at the end" or any other mindset...supertouring said:
After the fight last year and coming off second, that must take it's toll.
I hope if Nico does get too far behind this season that Toto will ask Lewis to "take it a bit easy" on him. I am sure there are no issues left over from last year.

Agree with others, the coaching ban has hit Nico very hard.
The ban doesnt stop him pushing harder or driving a different way, but it helped him refine his level of talent, without it, he doesnt seem on level terms of LH.
Also LH with second world title under his belt seems more relaxed as a driver, and as some have in the past after the second title raises their game to a new level.

Nico must have a manager type personal trainer type person who motivates / focussed / trains / mentally prepares a icicle (ETA: this was supposed to say Nico) for both the competition and the off-track element of his job... Maybe that person is broken?
Certainly if I was that person I wouldn't be happy with Nico's apparently resigned, submissive, withdrawn attitude. I'd be trying to fire him up.

the telling bit for me was during (i think) wet qualifying in malaysia, Nico had to ask on the radio whether the faster car (lewis hamilton) was using wet or dry lines.
Its something he would have done before and gotten a response. Thats why he slowed down and tried to follow Lewis to copy his lines. Everyone thought it was a block but Lewis slowed down himself so nothing was gained.Schermerhorn said:
