2003 Arnage T

I am still dithering about getting an Arnage. A dealer told me today that the head gasket problem was solved by the fitting of stretch bolts instead of studs for 2003 onwards. Is this true ? Also tappets were hardened from 2003 so that the later roller tappets were not required. Is this true too? Thanks for any advice you can give.
