Mounting oil cooler horizontally...

Assuming airflow is not going to be an issue, anyone see problems with installing a regular 19 row Mocal oil cooler in the horizontal plane rather than vertically...? will be maybe a foot higher than the oil pump so I guess drain back is likely when the engine is not running. Sandwich plate will be thermostatic

Mount it whatever way fits easiest, wouldnt worry much about it
