What type of oil is - MOBIL SUPER 3000F-R?

Hi,
Dad took his 9-5 aero into a main dealer garage yesterday and they managed to not screw back in his fog light, mark that the front headlight washers were "inoperable"and needed investigating - there are none on the car.
As such his suspicions were raised on what oil they put in:
Does anyone know what type of oil "MOBIL SUPER 3000F-R" is? (listed as part Z150710)Fully synthetic?
Any help appreciated as google doesnt appear to be our friend on this.
