Interior trim rattles how do I get rid?

As above my Mondeo ha a developed a few annoying squeaks and rattles and their driving me mad

What's the best products/techniques for silencing trim rattles and squeaks?

Mainly door cards pillar trim and seats

I believe the usual response is a spot of talcum powder in the offending area. It helps by lubricating the two areas of trim which are rubbing together which are causing the squeak.

What you want is Krotox, available in a spray frpm VW dealers. (they use it for EOS folding roof problems)

It's expensive but works. Spray it sparingly where plastics join, it seems to take a couple of days to work it's way in. So don't expect silence immediately. I've tried talc and stuff before but Krotox is the only thing I've got to work. Don't use it on seals (too expensive for that) use Gummi Pflege for those.
