Single Seat SR3

Has a anybody successfully installed a single seat in their SR3?
Any detailed info would be greatly apreciated.

I've not but I think it's quite common. Andy Cummings has done it certainly. He's on here I think.

Strange forum, in one thread you get people trying to fit two seats into a club/prosport that is too narrow for comfort and now going the other way on the lardy SR3

Well I quite enjoyed a clubsport with the SR4 seat unit in it!

And the single seat option in the SR3 is very good for racing as I found it had more lateral support!

I have a seat from a PRO6 that is going for 50% of the big R, I also have a large seat from a PRO6 unused.

Hamlet, do you know if the mounting holes on the PR6 seat are the same as in the SR3?

I am looking for a seat for a Prosport at the one fitted was far too narrow for me to even get in let alone be comfortable ! Could you measure the following widths of each seat for me please ?

-Width at shoulders
-Width at hips
-Width at thighs
