Hi guys, I am thinking of buying a car and joining in the fun with the CSCC at some point this year.

To help get my head around it all, I was thinking of spending this weekend at Snetterton and ask loads of really stupid and naive questions.

Would anyone like some help or spare some time to answer said questions? I will have a motorhome so can make tea, bacon butties and also have been known to use a spanner or two in the past.

I am sure that you will find plenty of people to chat to, the CSCC crowd are a friendly bunch. Try and go to the paddock office and introduce yourself to Hugo or David and ask them to introduce you to the series do-ordinators and they should be able to help you out even more.

Might be worth going on the CSCC FB site and making your offer there. I'm sure that your offer will be snapped up!

It's a good club. I'm not there this weekend but if I can be of any help, fel free to ask.

We could do with someone to help with driver swaps - it's our first weekend with CSCC so we were hoping to scrounge some help in the paddock on the day.

Purple Westfield 176, lots of Mission Motorsport stickers I suspect (haven't seen it yet, I'm the second driver) we're in the Mag Sevens on Sunday and the Sports vs Saloons on Saturday.

The car owner is on his first race weekend aside from a stint as a driver in the Race of Remembrance last November (he's part of the Mission Motorsport organisation) - I've been racing all sorts for years (see profile) so we come from both ends of the clubman spectrum if you fancy a chat.
