I expect there's a few Banham owners somewhat upset by that remark

Indeed there are!

Not my cup of tea too bright and somewhat overpriced methinks? Are you about at Stoneleigh this year qdos? Be good to see you again! I will be in my 2014 Quantum H4 RS Turbo which is for sale. Lots of new toys in build makes selling the finished ones essential! smile

I am indeed, I'll be mainly wandering around and dependant on the weather I'm not entirely sure what I'll be going in. I'm planning on taking the Eco-Exo up but probably trailering it, might take a Midas if it's peeing down.

Being very ancient I am now only too aware of the effects of cold and rain on Moi! In consequence my Quantum RS Turbo had a removable Surrey top fitted from new in construction which is extremely waterproof but lifts out complete and stores in the boot. It does actually work very well and the car really is very civilized indeed. No leaks. A first in 50++ years of building kit cars!

I will be about on both days. I will give you a shout when I am back in the UK, if I may. I would enjoy meeting up at Stoneleigh again!

It may be worth putting in an appearance (at least for some of the show) at the Quantum Owners' Club area, as it's the club's 25th Anniversary, and there are often peeps looking for a good Quantum who come to the area.

I will do my best. Car has yet to be started but I am on that tomorrow. New battery certainly needed and the Alternator seems duff. It's a good fifty miles to Stoneleigh for me so it wil need to be running properly. Let's hope she fires up, the car should start, but layups over the many years I have been collecting kit cars, have taught me not to take trouble free motoring for granted! Hopefully all will be well!
