Got to do an emergency hospital run tomorrow at 6am, whats the better route M40->A43->M1 with the slow 50 zones on M1 or M40->A46 Cov bypass-> M69->M1 with the A46 roadworks ?

At that time of day I'd be tempted by M40 / M42 / A42 / M1 then (depending where you need to be in Sheffield) A61 through Chesterfield.
