If its in the engine bay the just replace with new pipe. If it the y piece under the wiper blades that's a little trickier. I replaced mine by taking off the bonnet catch and cutting a small hole into the bodywork. This allowed me to feed from the top by wipers and connect to a new y pice and feed down through the car back to the tank.

If you can get to the break, I would join the new pipe to the end an then pull it through from the drivers footwell. If you can't the route is up the inner wing in the void on the right of the footwell, the pipe then runs across the top of the pedals to the left hand side of the footwell and into the void in front of the windscreen. I used a welding rod to find the route, taped the new pipe to it and pulled it through.
It is possible to replace the pipes in the void in front of the windscreen without cutting holes but it's a bit tricky. See this thread clicky
Hope this helps
Dave

Or if you can't get the old pipe out for any reason but can get to the cracked bit, just cut off the damaged bit and use a straight connector to add on a new bit of pipe

Not terribly satisfactory in purist terms, but it's only a bodge if it doesn't work....
