Well, after 1.6yrs of ownership, its sadly the right time to let go of my treasured E60. It was a weekend car that now needs to move on as need the funds. I have only covered 3k in this time and she has been a pleasure. Mrs wants the loft doing and so do I! Will be lsting shorly once photos taken. Still got BMW warranty, so should hopefully help the sale process. Help in coming to terms with this much appreciated. 😔

I use tinypic.com

It works very well with long lasting permanent URLs.

Certainly would not be selling if could justifying keeping. Took a little while (a week!) to get used to the transmission. Never drive in auto, in manual suits the box so much more, and kept in M mode as much as possible!! One thing I found it lacked was an epic exhaust note it deserved, being a V10 afterall. Standard set up too understated. So I soon swapped out the back boxes for the Hayward and Scott system, and voila!! Big smiles at last as you climb through the gears!! Still got the standard boxes to swap back. Quality cabin, comfortable, room for 3 kids in the back and 3 cricket bags in the boot! Not spent a penny other than topping up the oil and a brake fluid service. smile oh, and the odd bit of super now and then, but at 3k in the time I have had her, aint that much!!

Hi mate, from memory, yes, the above have been changed. I have written down the mileage as to when at the time of purchasing...I was given what had been done under warranty...would have to search out to confirm. The car will be going up for sale, hopefully tonight, for £14,450. What do you think of that price???? It has a great spec, apart from rear heated seats I think it has pretty much most desirable options....extended leather, alcantara headlining (these two make a big difference IMHO)...comfort access(start button, keyless entry)....logic 7, sunroof,...and so on. I have the standard exhaust including aswell, so you could swap out the H&S and make £400 easily. I also have the rear LED cluster conversion. Other than that it is totally standard. It is on 80.5K with BMW full warranty and BMW assist left until 1/8/15. Continental SP 2's all round(5mm on fronts, 4mm on rears). I have over a year left of the GAP insurance(don't think its actually called this), not certain if this is transferable or not??

Do you mean full leather? Extended leather is standard.
Without knowing the service history or upcoming service items, I'd say that's priced about right.

Sorry, always get that the wrong way round...yes it is full leather(dashboard etc...). It has full service history, and from the very Initial service everyone has been carried out by the same dealer, Sandal BMW Wakefield, quite a rarity. Thanks for your input.

Lovely looking M5. I like the M5 in Silverstone with the 166 style alloys, One of my favourite colour combo's on it. Great options there too, full leather and the alcantara headlining make a significant difference to the feel of the car.
