Not a surprise that Evans is leaving IMO. Off to our Outlet Village in the NE?

Old news I know but...."Loooooey Faaarrnnnn Haaaaarllllss Hrrreddd haaarmmmmy!"

Starting to like our manager a little more now. rofl

As for Sterling...not for me, not sure he'd improve the squad certainly not in the areas we need to strengthen. I wouldn't play him ahead of Di Maria, that's for sure.

Give me a break! Sterling! To play ahead of Di Maria, Janujaz, Mata and/or Depay? Not in a million years. His final product is diabolical, and he has a horrific attitude.
I agree. He cannot shoot and final ball is shocking.

http://youtu.be/7DDdkwvbf44 for those that missed it. LVGs red army!

He's a winner LVG, and a bloody funny one. A few beers and poor English aside it was a great speech and leaves me chomping at the bit for next season. Takes quite a man to follow Fergie and he seems well up for the job. We've collected more points against next seasons probable title contenders than said contenders and I doubt he'll be surprised by the likes of Leicester or Swansea again.

Agreed on Sterling. No thanks. He's Nani with an even higher opinion of himself.

Todays transfer news....

Bastian Schweinsteiger could be on his way to us for as little as 10 million. Bargain if true but another to add to the list of 64 people we are also signing this summer....

He would be a great signing. Someone in a Carrick mould to force the game.

He's only two years younger. Hardly a long term solution.

He has also looked old before his time this season from what I have seen.

I'd take him. Would deliver instantly particularly in Europe. We can't just buy potential this summer, we need proven players and he puts a fking big tick in that box. Same goes for Cech if De Gea goes. 4 years out of those two allows space for the potential to develop. Plus how many players could walk into the Old Trafford dressing room as equals or better than those around them?

Get your medals out Bastien. Ok do you want to see the World Cup winners or champs league first?

I don't disagree.

4 years would be asking a lot. As I say, he looks like he's in his final couple of years.

yes

Think he has a short contract as well, numbers being touted are 10-15m. We need strength in depth and I'd take him for a decent price all day long.

Its likely bks though. I suspect we won't have long to wait in any case, think we'll be swift this summer.

Got one year left I think and we can pay a lot more in wages than he'll get at Bayern, plus he's already played for LVG. To stretch the bks still further one article I read today claimed he's visited Manchester under his own steam for a look round!

He wouldn't be long term, but could start straight away. Won medals at all levels, and would certainly gives an instant edge. Look at the impact RVP had. If you wanted to give him a couple for years while you mould a younger player into someone for the long term.

It would be a good signing I think. Look at Alonso for Bayern, he's done well for them despite being a bit long in the tooth.

A lot ?? If you want to be one of the best clubs these days it means paying like one of the best; I believe he earns around 10 million euro's a year at Bayern.

Also had quite a lot injuries in the past few years...

Quick fag packet maths, 10m Euros is about 130k a week.

Does anyone else here (United supporter) have mixed emotions about tomorrow?
How about a stunning performance, then losing by one in a nine goal thriller?
