I recently gave my car in to a garage to have head gasket work and head rebuilt, now all back together she wont start, there is fuel supply, it cranks fine but still no start, does anyone know what I should be looking at or looking for ?

Thanks

Had a very similar problem and it turned out to be the dizzy/rotor arm....seemed fine till I put a new one on then I realised how bad the old one was

If it's trying to crank and you're getting fuel, that would suggest an ignition problem. I'd check/replace the easy things first - spark plugs, HT leads, dizzy.

This.

I follow this flowchart when having starting issues:

Are you sure your getting fuel? The fuel pumps are known to size if left stood for a long time. If that is good has the distributer been timed up with the camshaft properly. That's very easy to get wrong.
