Very sad news, totally awesome racer, saw his last TFB run..

Yep, seeing the news on Eurodragster & FB, so very sad, he was such a nice guy, RIP Brian.

Legend is a word that is bandied about a little to often... however in the case of BJ there could be no other way of describing him.
Bet he'll be giving Elmer a run for his money up there

Saddened to hear of Brian's passing. Met him in the pits at Indy'84 when I was buying bits from Elmer who said 'wait here there's a guy I'd like you to meet' and along comes BJ. When he came back from the States he worked out of Jim Read's place and did the machine work on the engine of Exile. Nice guy and always took an interest when we ran into him across Europe.RIP.
