3&3 offshore northsea, how do you work yours?

With the impending move to a 3&3 rotation coming for all talisman Assets can any of you guys describe how you would or do work the nightshift / dayshift crews.

we moved away from mid trip changovers on grounds of safety etc. the problem now is going to be how we cover nights and days without horrific changovers or landing crews on constant nights / days.

Trip about was normal the last time I did 3/3. Coming off 3 weeks of nights is nasty though.
