Jeremy Kyle helps man lose weight

I don't watch Kyle, but it pops on in the background as I sometimes change channel or whatever.
Right now a huge man has been offered a chance by Kyle/the show to go off for 30 days with some fitness/nutritional experts to be in a sort of camp. It's like a drugs intervention and Kyle has even gotten the bloke the next 4 weeks off from his job at Tescos.
This seems like a good thing to me, on the face of it.
Seems crazy, but looking at him I am surprised he hasn't got diabetes and a tonne of other stuff already...and the man is still blocking....
