Side pod grills fixing time?

Dear all

Can anyone recall when is the best time to fit the side pod grills? I note on the build cd they come late. I am not fitting an oil cooler but will have air con and know the radiator for this lives behind the side grill, and my question being is if the grill is fitted will it restrict me fitting the air con rad and fan or anything else I may have forgotten? Just seems easy to fit them when the side pods are off before final fit.

That's when I did it. Why wrestle with the grills along the lower edge where the foam wedges restrict access? Just pop 'em on there before riveting the side pods in place.
