Hi all, driving home last night I saw two lovely bits. Bit vague but a vintage silver Aston (I think) single seater (I think) near Coldash and an AC Cobra in blue in Hermitage. Nice to see them out and about, amazing sound from both.

twing, you have my radar twitching as I live in the upper reaches of Cold Ash...a silver single seater Aston? There are a number of very good Cobra replicas in West Berks...and two originals, a 427 and a 289...though the 289 also lives part time overseas. There was another original 427 that lived in Chieveley some moons ago, but not sure the owner still has it.

I've tried googling the silver one and a few ppl have said it may have been a Jag but I'd watched Brian Johnson the night before and it looked just like one from that. I was too busy trying to get a photo (failed) to manage to get the reg, gutted! The AC was beautiful, sounded so good but I assumed it was a rep simply because I've never seen a real one. Either way it was a great drive home smile
