Hotel help

Hiya fellas, bit OT but can anyone recommend a decent hotel, dinner, bed, breakfast type of place near Brighton or thereabouts? I know I'm pushing it a bit as I need something for Saturday 2nd May but any help appreciated. Budget circ £250 so no stately homes please
