Massey Shaw restored *again* ?

Just spotted this:

Now, I'm pretty sure this was restored by Salvage Squad (and subsequently revisited by them for more work) about 10 years ago. Was the restoration never finished and just drawn out until now? Or has it been worked on again? Or has the "journalist" here managed to dig up a very very out of date story elsewhere and simply copied it?

No, it was completely restored last year or the year before. I'm on my phone so can't do links too well.
