Advert submit not working. Page 404. free ad?

i am a long term member
I have been trying to submit an advert for my bmw 330ci and it keeps failing at the very last submission point but i get an email saying advert is live.... When you click the link it says "the advert has been withdrawn from pistonheads by the seller"

Any help greatly appreciated.

We can see the advert live on the site here....

It is marked as live, and available as far as we can see.
