Android app to "pulse" data on/off

Just wondering, is there an app that will switch data and or wifi on for (for example) 5mins every hour, turn it off at night, etc...

Sorry guys, should have mentioned, I'm on unrooted Lollipop.

I did remember Llama, and have set up an event which switches on wifi and keeps it on for 5mins if connected, every hour, and another to switch it off every hour (delayed for 5mins).

Thanks for the info though, I'd prefer to do it with Mobile Data than Wifi, but I don't think (?) it's possible with Lollipop...

I believe this sort of thing is exactly what some of the battery saver apps do.
