estate officer interview questions?

I have an interview coming up with a 45 minute assessment and then the interview after that. The position is an estate officer for one large building in London.

Does anyone have any experience of assessments and what kind of questions should I expect for the interview?

I expect questions on technical knowledge, building regs, contracts, health and safety, people management, customer service. Am I on the right track?

Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
