Cat bypass fitting in the Gt Yarmouth - Lowestoft area

Can anybody recommend somebody to fit a milltek secondary cat bypass for me? My usual guy is on holiday for 2 weeks, not sure I can wait!

Had a look at the kit, looks straightforward as long as the old one comes off alright. Right tools?
