Got the PC beta yesterday,
I'm enjoying it but (and I can't believe I'm saying it) think that Advanced Warfare is a richer experience. Player Customisation seems lacking? I get that it's a beta but from all the vids posted by the Youtube crowd it looks like here's your character! Enjoy!
Wall running looks like a great way to flank players and get out of trouble. The maps seem less vertical than AW.
Glad the PC is getting dedicated servers though.

I've just decided not to bother with the beta this time around, on Xbox or PS4. I've already got the game on order, but I won't be going to a midnight launch this year. I went to the Ghosts launch at the Metro Centre, which was good. Only three people there, in and out very quickly. Last year, I went to one in town after finishing work. Took 20 minutes just to get to the till, I'll stay in this year.

What graphics card are you running? I'm seeing 120 FPS at 1900 x 1200. My biggest was lag, the mouse sensitivity and the hit markers seem a bit mental.t so it wasn't very enjoyable ,hoping the graphics driver update I need to do will sort it.I'll be giving it another good bash over the weekend and BH.

gtx 670,but the game actually said that my graphic drivers were out of date .I'll be giving it another good bash over the weekend and BH.
Agree the mouse sensitivity is odd,I had to up mine to 1800dpi and its still a bit sluggish .The it markers is juts standard cod ,in gunfights agaunst those with identical weapons I was putting 4 or 5 bullets into people before they respond,they fire off 2 bullets and i'm dead.Always has been this way on cod
Once I got into it I started to really enjoy it. It felt fast paced and once you got a hang of the movement mechanics felt fluid.
Maps were way less vertical than AW, which meant you were less sniper bait.
So it gets a thumbs up from me :thumbsup:
However,
Hit markers - as stated earlier, you'd pump 5 rounds in, they'd turn and then melt you. happened rarely, but when it did it was a FFS moment.
Weapons - Good mix, Vesper will get nerfed to hell and back, M8A7 - I hate burst weapons but this absolutely melted people. even more so with Rapid fire, not by much. I actually really enjoyed the secondaries, did good work with the RK5 and the L CAR 9. LCAR9 with Laser was fantastic!
Specialists: I enjoyed Nomad and Rejack got my highest score streaks with this guy, Reaper was OP in the right hands and Sythe has to get a Nerf! lol.
Totally get why they had to nerf Rejack during the beta to halt the streak count.
Overall, glad I pre ordered

Only got an evening of the trial before it was pulled, but it's the first Treyarch game that I've found vaguely playable. Possibly because it's the most IW-like version thus far. I'm far too old and slow for the twitchy run-and-gun style that is my only trick, but I'll persevere and get walloped by kids as normal.

Worst thing? I've to fly home on Friday for a wedding, not back until Sunday. Hoping it comes a day early.

Mine says shipping today, arrive Friday. I didn't bother with Blops 2 (think i may have missed out there), played Ghosts for about 5 mins before shelving it and didn't get AW either. So i've been CoDless for a while and really looking forward to getting back into it. Unfortunately i'm out on Friday night, but come Saturday 
I've ordered it from Amazon this year. I went to midnight launches for last two and won't do so again. I got Ghosts at the Metro Centre, which was fine. Only three of us there, out the door with the game at 00:03 and got to see the Metro Centre at night, when it's empty. Last year I went to Grainger Games in Byker, as I rode over on my motorbike after finishing work at 22:30. The place was rammed, it reeked to high heaven and the queue was so long I didn't get served until about 00:20. I'd sooner stay at home and just get it in the post.

Is it sitting on your mat waiting for you to get home or is that the time you can play if downloaded? I pre-downloaded it to my xbox one which has decided to pack up. It's going off for repair so I've had to borrow one from a mate's son (who thankfully mostly still plays the 360 as that's what his friends have). Am planning a late night if can play from midnight (or earlier if poss).
