I know the biggest hurdle would be getting all who are interested available at the same time.

Thankfully I very rarely work weekends so I am OK on that front.

Phil, how far in advance do you know your shift patterns?

Andy, weekend work not an issue?

Brad, I know it is hard for you to predict work stuff, if we come up with a selection of dates?

If it is taking place outside of Colchester then I am just going to Travelodge for the night.

I could do a backwards and forwards cab runs to get everybody there and make a bit of easy money, then I'd just leave it in a town centre somewhere and get pished!
