Mini R53 Door Hinges

Has anyone repaired, bushed or replaced, the drivers side door hinges to take out the wear to prevent the door from dropping ?

I'd be interested in any suggestions, my drivers door is very squeaky due to dropping a very slight amount and it'd be good to nip it in the bud.
