Will be collecting new wheels for my monaro this weekend.

The tyres on my current wheels are pirellis but the sizes arent going to work to well with the new wheels, whilst the Pirellis are good im interested to know what tyres people think suit the monaro?

If you plan to use the performance of your Monaro then a tyre with a very stiff sidewall is essential yes

Seriously for the money you can't go wrong with a set of MPSS smile

Currently on tyreleader PSS are £153... I don't see why you wouldn't just get the best available for that price?

I've got Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrics all round. They're great for lateral grip, but not so good for traction.

Vredsteins have worked well in the past, on Monaros.

They're talking Pilot Super Sports. Like a Pilot Sport Cup, but they also work in the wet. smile
