http://www.footmanjames.co.uk/news/largest-parade-...

I received a text informing me of the above from FJ but on opening the link it says this, "To qualify for the parade, each car taking part must be at least 30 years old and be presented with its original registration documents on the day of the event" I have three classic vehicles but none of which have their original registration documents.

Am I missing something here? I don't understand how many vehicles will have their original documents when part of the process for change of ownership is to send the originals back for change of details & a new version issued. confused

I would assume they mean "the original copy of the registration documents". ie your V5C original, not a photocopy...

Yeah I did think that might be the case & I may be thinking too much into the word original. I'll give them a call on Tuesday morning to clarify.

Got the text but 14th June is Le Mans Sunday so I'll be watching the end of the race before driving back from there in my classic!
