Hi,

Does anyone know, or can recommend someone with regards to house extensions? I'm looking for someone to do some plans as the initial step, but if its a goer, get them submitted to the council and then do the work. The house is a little funny, so there maybe 3 plans in total. 1 being a full 2 story extension out the back, another a 2 story out the side and a third more economical (smaller!) option I'd like to explore. But basically someone to own it "cradle to grave".

We're in Woking.

Many thanks in advance.

In the exact same position. Want to go over our rear flat roof and create a fourth bedroom but unsure about whether we will get permission to do it. That's if we don't move but we can't find anywhere!

This guy did ours:

Best part was he worked out the max dimensions that would pass and got us a pitched roof where every other extension on the street was a flat roof. He knows a few local builders that can build for you.

Not cradle to grave, although he will take care of the first two (http://www.awarddesign.org.uk/) he has recommendations on trades if required, we had already lined up our own builder for the project.

Just had this gentleman around today and was most helpful. Thumbs up from me.
