Hi,
The plastic connector that carries washer fluid through the bulkhead has snapped off on my car (at the point just under the wiper arm). I ordered some new connectors which arrived but they don't look much like the ones on my car and I can't fathom how to get the old one out. Will it just lever out? The plastic looks quite brittle. Can anyone shed any light on this problem?
Cheers,
Simon

I had exactly the same problem about a year ago. It can be solved but requires a lot of patience. There are several posts already about this; the one I followed involved taking the windscreen wiper arms off, loosening the wiper arm connections at the bulk head and lowering the wiper drive mechanism slightly into the bulkhead. This gives you a hole beside the washer jet connection which you can see through. Try not to let go of the washer tube when you pry the grommet out of the bulkhead. It can easily fall through the hole into the bulkhead. It is very difficult to retrieve but can be done by using a welding wire to hook to through the wiper drive hole. I had to remove the grommet, push the tube up through the hole using welding wire through the wiper hole, put the grommet back into the bulkhead with the tube already threaded through the grommet (that was very difficult and required soap as a lube). Leave an inch of tube sticking up through the grommet out of the bulkhead. I then fitted the new connector which I bought from a TVR parts supplier, then pushed it back into the grommet.
Do a full search on the topic of bulkhead connections and you should find the photos of where others have solved this problem.
Good luck.

I had similar problem on my Griff , the pipe came off the joiner just below the hole in the mesh scuttle.

The easiest way to access the joiner or pipe is to drill an inch hole into the firewall just below the scuttle , this gave enough room to pull out the joiner and pipe to reattach it. I then put a rubber blank into the hole and it looks perfect.

I also done the same on the drivers side behind the Bonnet Lock. i have since replaced the pipes and joiners using the holes for access.

This is a lot easier than removing the window wipers or some have removed the complete dash or completely removed the Mesh, just for access,,,

Good Luck
