I guess this question has been asked hundreds of times on here but has anyone got recommendation for wheel powdercoaters in the West Midlands? I need 4 wheels doing gloss black.
I know The Wheels Specialists(Lap-Tab) in Birmingham are highly recommended but any other recommendations would be welcome.
Also what`s the going rate nowadays per wheel? I would be supplying the wheels only without tyres.
Thanks.

Not used them for alloys (more metal products), but Sweeney & Sherlock just by the Blues ground could be worth a try.

I've used City Powdercoaters a couple of times and have always been impressed. £20 a wheel and they've done a superb job.
The only thing I will say is answering the phone can sometimes be a little slow. I think it's because they thought it would be a good idea to put the phone in the corner of the workshop where nobody can hear it. Usually best to just pop by of a Saturday morning or something.

Hope it helps!

Another vote for City Powder Coaters.

I have used them for a couple of years and have had a few sets of alloys treated by them.

Pleased with the results (and cost).

I've used The Wheel Specialist in Brum and also a place in Coventry, http://alloywheelrefurbishmentuk.co.uk/

Both were for a refurb on 5 spoke 18" alloys. The finish from the guys in Coventry was considerably better that that from The Wheel Specialist. Both about £300 for a full refurb on 4 alloys.

I've had 3 lots of wheels done here - great finish, and with the first lot having gone through 3 winters, they still look as good as new
